I later moved into high-growth companies such as OYO and Udaan. There, I experienced the opposite extreme: rapid expansion, moving targets, and operational stress created by scale.
At Flipkart, I worked on delivery performance and structured process improvements, learning how metrics, governance, and decision clarity convert intent into measurable outcomes.
As Head of Operations at Y-Not Design, I led global supply chain functions across sourcing, vendor management, compliance, logistics, and cross-functional alignment. The challenge was not effort. It was integration.
Across all these environments, one pattern became clear:
