About

I'm an operations and transformation leader with 15+ years of experience designing execution systems for global supply chains, manufacturing companies, and high-growth platforms.

I've spent most of my career inside companies -- at BHEL, Udaan, Y-NOT -- building the structural backbone that lets organizations scale without breaking. The pattern I kept seeing: businesses don't fail from lack of vision. They fail from absence of internal structural support.

That conviction is why I founded MetMov LLP, which I run with my partner Chaitanya Eswarapragada. We help founder-led businesses diagnose structural diseases and install the operating spine that lets them run without the founder being the system.

More recently, I've been building at the intersection of AI and operations -- not AI as a tool bolted on, but AI that changes how businesses need to be structured, made legible, and run. My Personal OS is the working proof: nine subsystems, Claude as the kernel, public metrics. I run three entities on it, and I install a version of it for operators who want the same.

What I Think About

Business Structure & Scale

Why growing companies break, how to diagnose the structural diseases causing it, and what an operating spine actually looks like when installed.

Personal OS Architecture

What an AI-native operating system looks like for a solo operator. Claude as kernel, subsystems as organs, public metrics as accountability. I run three entities on mine; the design principles are published live at /os.

Systems Thinking & Execution

The gap between strategy and execution. Cadence design, accountability architecture, decision rights, and why most org charts are fiction.

Core Beliefs

1

Businesses don't fail from lack of vision. They fail from absence of structural support.

2

Diagnose before prescribing. Most interventions fail because the diagnosis was skipped.

3

Install, don't advise. A system that runs is worth more than a deck that describes one.

4

AI won't replace operators. But it will make the gap between structured and unstructured businesses much wider, much faster.
