I’ve spent the last 14 years building systems that reduce friction, support teams, and allow businesses to grow with fewer surprises.
My career started in heavy industry — with Vedanta and BHEL, where I managed power plants and refineries, leading 200+ member site teams. I later transitioned to hyper-growth startups like OYO, Flipspaces, and Udaan, where I scaled operations, cut costs, and launched new markets.
Today, I head global operations at Y-Not Design, managing sourcing, quality, and logistics across 3 countries while architecting our ERP and e-commerce stack.
I don’t think of myself as a “transformation expert.” I’m more of a curious operator: I like understanding how things work, spotting what slows them down, and helping teams fix it — quietly and sustainably.
